I'm not sure if these video exactly show you how to do anything the guy just does it and kinda says a bit bout what he's doin but not in any sort of detail. i think this is a i'll show you what i do not a how to.

These are some how to beatmatch vids they are kinda long winded but they give you a good idea.
This guy has done a tutorial on choosing what music you use, to be honest if you gonna dj you gonna have a genre you already prefer so it's pretty useless, the only good point is that he talks about bpm but you don't really need to know about it, you just need a rough idea of what it does.

Some Videos from Dj Shortee who makes how to...dj videos. She is more famous for her scratching and beat juggling skills than her beatmatching abilities.
This is a live "mix" i use this term loosely due to the fact she uses equipment which aids in playing the tunes at the same speed which is a bit of a cop out.
